Trainee Lawyer – Tax & Corporate Services

We are seeking a trainee lawyer to work in the firm’s Tax and Corporate Departments. 

The chosen applicant will be required to work on a number of cross-border issues and is expected to provide tax and corporate advice to a vast array of international clients. 

He/she must be a dynamic, smart, motivated and solution-driven looking for an exciting career in tax and corporate law. Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one other language. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide spectrum of cross-border transactions, contract law, company and commercial matters and due diligence and KYC procedures. The ideal candidate should be motivated, focused and disciplined. Newly-graduated lawyers or persons in their last year at University will be considered for this post.  Individuals who have commenced or will be commencing a Masters in Financial Services will be favourably considered

Candidates should be able to work in a team with a highly professional and solving problem approach. We seek to recruit candidates that are hardworking, highly motivated and organized with a strong work ethic and real desire to succeed. Personality and presentation are fundamental.
