The application forms for vulnerable persons who are ordered to stay at home have been issued by the Department of Social Security.  Such vulnerable persons, who are employed in the private sector, who after the 27th March 2020, are ordered not to leave their home, are not able to work from home and are not being paid by their employer during their absence from work will receive a benefit consisting of a direct payment of €166.15 per week for full-time employees and €103.85 per week for part-time employees.
