By means of Legal Notice 60 of 2020, the Malta Government has announced that the Double Taxation Relief on Taxes on Income with the Kingdom of Belgium (Amendment) Order, 2013 amending the Double Taxation Relief on Taxes on Income with Kingdom of Belgium Order, published on 13th September 2013, has entered into force on the date of the later notification.
