The Malta Tax and Customs Administration (MTCA) has announced the establishment of the Large Taxpayer Office (LTO).

This new unit within the MTCA is designed to provide a specialised, holistic service to entities and individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria. It will serve as a single point of contact for tax queries, handled by a dedicated team of experts acting as relationship managers. Information about the LTO, including how it operates and who is eligible, is provided in the Policy Document and the Frequently asked Questions (FAQ) which can be found on the MTCA portal.
