The Malta Business Registry (MBR) has issued a notice on its website informing all companies that they have up to the 30th of September 2022 to provide the MBR with an adequate email address that is accessible to all company officers.  This can be done by filing an updated Memorandum and Memorandum and Articles of Association.  Where this is not possible, one may address a formal letter to the Registrar.

The requirement for companies to have their email address indicated in their Memorandum emanates from ACT LX of 2021.
