By virtue of Legal Notice 122 of 2021, the Residency Malta Agency (RMA) has issued the MPRP guidelines and application forms which provide international investors with the right to take up permanent residency in Malta on the basis of investment.
Our services include:
(a) Preparation and submission to The International Tax Unit of applications for residence in Malta in terms of The Malta Retirement Programme (MRP) Rules, The Global Residence Programme (GRP) Rules and The Residence Programme (TRP) Rules;
(b) Preparation and submission of the pertinent documentation to the Department of Citizenship and Expatriates of applications to take up residence in Malta in terms of Malta’s immigration rules;
(c) Advice and assistance on the best scheme to take up residence in Malta, both from a tax and also from an immigration perspective, taking into account one’s own particular needs and circumstances;
(d) Liaison with the Maltese tax and immigration authorities;
(e) Advice and assistance in connection with various immigration issues;
(f) Review of all documentation provided.
